Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gilly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Medical Disclaimer

You should always:

• Consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing your medication regimen
• Follow your doctor's prescribed dosing schedule and instructions
• Report any side effects or concerns to your healthcare provider immediately
• Use the App's data as supplementary information to share with your doctor, not as a replacement for medical advice

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your iOS device(s)
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the App
• Share your App access with others for commercial purposes

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the App. We make no representations about the accuracy of any medication information, dosing guidelines, or other content provided within the App. Always verify information with your healthcare provider and official medication packaging.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your health data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Purchases and Refunds

Gilly is available as a one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not have access to or control over App Store purchase transactions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any errors or omissions in any content or information
• Any medical decisions made based on data in the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gilly and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law
